Discover preserved fish dishes and natural fish dishes, prepared and cooked the old-fashioned way. All recipes are cooked on the island without coloring or preservatives, using raw materials from small fishing boats. The sales boutiques are located in Port-Tudy (facing the terminal) and at Comptoir Groix et Nature in Lorient La Base (Delicatessen – Bistro – Canteen). Visit to the cannery from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Port-Lay.
